These terms apply when you use the FLY website and app, including LEXY, our AI stylist. By creating an account or using FLY you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
About FLY
FLY is operated by FLY Senga (“FLY”, “we”). You can reach us at enquiries@flysenga.com.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Buying products and tickets
Products and event tickets on FLY are sold by the brands and organisers named on each listing. Your contract for those items is with that seller, and FLY takes payment on their behalf. Delivery, returns and refunds follow the seller’s policy shown at the time you buy, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subscriptions and LEXY credits
- Everyone gets a free daily allowance of LEXY credits.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the Subscription page and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Credits you buy do not expire. Your free daily allowance is always used first.
- Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where it applies.
LEXY and virtual try-on
LEXY’s suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. They are there to inspire you; please check product details, sizes and event information yourself before you buy. Try-on images are illustrations of how an item might look. Colour, fit and drape on the real garment may differ.
What you add to FLY
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you add. You give FLY permission to store and process it to provide the service to you — for example, to show clothes on your avatar. Only add content you have the right to use, and do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
Using FLY fairly
You agree not to:
- use FLY for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
- try to access another person’s account or information;
- interfere with the service, or copy or extract its content by automated means;
- upload content that is offensive, infringes someone else’s rights or contains malware.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Creators
If you join the Creator Programme, the programme terms you accept when you join apply as well as these.
Our responsibility to you
We provide FLY with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for a seller’s products, events or conduct.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
