How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Union Pay. Payments are made in GBP and handled securely via Stripe using SSL encryption for your safety.
Using a promo code
Enter the promo code at checkout in the 'Discount code' box. Click 'Apply' to see your updated total. One code per order, and promo codes apply to products only, not fees.

How do I change my details in my FLY Account?
Log into your account to change password, email, address or preferences under ‘FLY Settings’ and ‘Manage Address’. Remember to save changes.

Go to the sign-in page, click 'Forgot password?', and follow the link in your email to reset it. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
